Q: Am I able to inspect your cars?

Yes, we have vehicle viewing areas and we encourage you to look around our cars. It may also be possible to show you the car on a ramp/lift should you desire. (dependant upon workshop availability, although we can normally arrange it)

Q: Who do I need to see when I arrive?

There are two people to look out for when you come to see us, Simon and Toby. They will normally be around and about the campus however if they are not outside they may well be in the office, so just go inside and ask to see either of them. Simon is the Owner and Managing Director. Simon knows everything there is to know about our business and our vehicles. Toby is our Junior Sales Executive and will guide you through our sales process, he will show you around the vehicle and can arrange test drives, organise the paperwork, payment and any other services you may require.

Q: Are you open on a Sunday?

By appointment only although we try to avoid it where possible. We would rather extend opening hours on a week day if you are available to do so.

Q: Are your cars valeted before being put up for sale?

Our cars are given a full valet before being put up for sale unless they are clearance or part exchange cars or otherwise stated.

Q: Are your cars sold with warranties?

Yes. Our cars come with a comprehensive 6 month, independent warranty.

Q: Where can I view your other cars/adverts?

Either on Auto trader, Ebay classified advertisements, on our website or by coming to see the cars in person on our forecourt/showroom.

Q: Can I pay by debit/credit card?

Yes. We have facilities to pay by both credit and debit cards. (Credit cards have a 2% surcharge)

Q: Are your cars HPI clear?

Yes. All of our cars are HPI clear unless otherwise stated.

Q: Can your garage re-MOT my car for me next year?

Our garage happily takes on private work including MOT’s and general repairs. We can even offer a free local pick up and drop off service or courtesy cars.

Q: Can you deliver my car?

Yes. We offer nationwide, competitively priced delivery. Get in touch for a quote. (A deposit will be required)

Q: Do you accept part exchanges?

Yes. Although it does depend on the vehicle. The best way to do this is to come and see the vehicle you are interested in and bring the car you would like to part exchange so that we can give you an accurate price.
